The "website" SlavicModels.com is a international online service and portfolio hosting site. The images and materials, claims and statements, expressed, implied or guaranteed by members and non-members on this site, are the sole responsibility of those individuals. All information accuracy, copyright credits, image copyrights and usage, and other forms of information are the sole responsibility of each member or poster. SlavicModels.com does not guarantee, warrant, or confirm information posted to profile display pages or to the messages boards.  The following users of the website must abided by this term of services this agreement:



Parties to this Agreement

Parties to this agreement include but are not limited to guest who anonymously visit the website, modeling agencies, modeling managers, photographers, video producers, male admirer (registered male members) with a profile, models (registered foreign national female member), foreign agencies working with SlavicModels.com to provide services for our clients. The parties to this agreement can also be refer to as "affiliates", "clients", "customers", "he", "him", "himself", "her", "herself", "she", "subscribers", "members", "their", "them", or "user(s)", "viewers", "visitors", "users", "you", "your", "yourself", "they". All such parties are herein collectively referred to as "parties" in this agreement.  By viewing this website all parties hereby agree with this website's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By viewing and/or interacting with our website you the visitor are hereby agreeing to the following provisions:

Limitation of Liability



By viewing and using our website all visitors waives the right to all claims of damages whether it be financial, physical or emotional. Nor is it responsible for the losses, damages, personal injuries, or death resulting from the use of our services.


Disputes



The visitor shall waive the right to go to court or have a trial by jury. All disputes are to be settle by binding arbitration. Arbitration procedures shall follow those of the American Arbitration Association headquartered in New York City. The arbitration hearing shall take place at the time and place of our choosing.


Compliance with the International Marriage Broker Act (IMBRA)



This website operates in full compliance with IMBRA (International Marriage Broker Act). The transfer of Personal Contact information outside of the provision of IMBRA is prohibited. "(6) PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION.— (A) IN GENERAL.—The term ‘‘personal contact information’’ means information, or a forum to obtain such information, that would permit individuals to contact each other, including—  (i) the name or residential, postal, electronic mail, or instant message address of an individual; (ii) the telephone, pager, cellphone, or fax number, or voice message mailbox of an individual; or (iii) the provision of an opportunity for an in-person meeting. (B) EXCEPTION.—Such term does not include a photograph or general information about the background or interests of a person."  All male members, all foreign national female members and all foreign agencies who use or participate in the  website services agree to abide by IMBRA. Any act or attempt, either willful or inadvertent, on any parties part solely, or in concert with other parties within or outside of this agreement to circumvent lawful release of Personal Contact Information as specified in IMBRA Sec. 833, is a violation of that Act. All parties must agree to assume full responsibility and hold harmless this website from any criminal or civil liability associated.

All background information collect from our members who are United States citizens is kept strictly confidential and is only provided to female members that they correspond with. Any other use of this background information is strictly prohibited and severely penalized by IMBRA. If you are using another dating service and they are not IMBRA you may have trouble applying for a visa for your fiancée.  Then following steps are taken:

(1) Performed a search of the National Sex Offender Public Registry, or of the relevant State sex offender public registry for any State not yet participating in the National Sex Offender Public Registry in which the United States client has resided during the previous 20 years, for information regarding the United States client;
(2) Collected background information as required by IMBRA Sec. 833
(3) Provide to the foreign national client any records retrieved from the sex offender public registry search and the background information collected in her primary language;
(4) Obtain the foreign national client’s signed, written consent to the release of her information to the United States client.

Before beginning this process we recommend that the requesting member first obtain the member's permission. Members are not required to give out their personal contact or meet other members in person and do so only by their own freewill.  Next our staff will verify that the member has indeed give their permission to share their personal contact information. In addition Slavicmodels.com requires that the requesting member has been a paying member of Slavicmodel.com for a full year. Members many also choose to travel on one of our tours to meet in person. Since we have begun offering this background check the quality of the ladies signing up for our service has increased sharply. In addition it has provided our ladies members with greater piece of mind, thus enhancing your experience with our service.


Termination of Service


By submitting a written request to us all members can cancel their subscriptions and withdrawal their personal information, and photos at any time for any reasons. Monthly recurring membership fees will be canceled and not rebilled the following month. Any unused letter writing credits will be refunded, past month membership fees will no be refunded. This website reserves the right to deny access to any individual for any reason.
